A.T. Kearney – Case Study

As a global consultancy firm A.T. Kearney needed some films that would form an integral part of their wider recruitment campaign. As leaders in their field they needed to attract the very best talent. However, as a consultancy firm that is unique within the market place they were keen to attract exactly the right people too.

They commissioned us to travel to three different continents to create some films that encapsulated the kind of people they wanted by focusing on existing people within the company.

Within three minutes we needed to not just talk about the firm but to set the tone for its character – a firm truly based upon people and their passion for helping clients.

This formed the core of our stories, showing how the passion they had for their hobbies and pastimes reflected aspects of their job, demonstrating that it was their inherent qualities and interests that made them perfect for the role, not just of consulting but within the unique environment of, A.T. Kearney.

By prepping carefully, we ensured we got the absolute maximum from the budget as we went on a whirlwind tour of the various offices.
