Property Serve – Case study

Property Serve procure, manage and deliver strategic facilities support services to commercial property in the UK – and they needed a video for the Home page of their website that concisely and clearly laid out what they do and how they can help their clients.

Animation was the perfect medium, as a highly effective way of visually explaining more complex ideas, especially when there is a fair amount of information to get across.

Property Serve were also keen to get across some sense of the personality of their company and how they truly understood the challenges of Facilities Managers, which was achieved through the style and design of information, the conversational tone of the voice over, choice of music and also by counterbalancing the messages of the voice over and information of the graphics with some very bespoke and slightly informal “speech bubbles” throughout the film hat demonstrated their intimate knowledge of their client’s issues.
